You will not be left short of choice in choosing a wedding photographer as this is an extremely competitive market however we would advise that you choose your photographer carefully. Personal recommendations or testimonials are always a good way to make an informed choice; after all you are placing your trust in this person to encapsulate the memories of your special day for you, your friends and family to reflect on for years to come.

We recommend you choose a professional photographer with experience of weddings, try not to be tempted to cut costs and opt for an amateur as it's impossible to re-take your wedding photographs if you are not happy with them. A professional photographer will have experience of dealing with the emotion and stress of the day and can deal with tricky family situations. Ideally you want a photographer with great technical skills to bring out the best in the quality of your photo's but also someone who is creative and can capture a special moment. When deciding on your photographer be sure that they have a good attitude and come across like they are excited to work with you on your wedding day.

Packages will vary greatly in both cost and content. You can be photographed from early in the day getting ready with your wedding party until late in the reception celebrating with your guests so be sure to confirm the content you are paying for and enjoy the task of deciding from an unlimited number of shots which photographs you and your partner wish to keep.
